Dyson Dryden is a Partner of the firm where he serves as a financial advisor to wealthy families and institutional investors.

Previously, Mr. Dryden served as President and CFO of Capitol Investment Corp where he raised over $13 billion of institutional capital and completed IPOs of four companies across multiple industry sectors.

Prior to Capitol, Mr. Dryden completed over $40 billion in equity and debt financings and executed over $35 billion in mergers and acquisitions transactions during his career as an investment banker. Mr. Dryden held the role of Managing Director in Citigroup’s Investment Banking division in New York where he led the coverage effort for many of the firm’s Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications clients from 2005 to 2013. Prior to Citi, he was a Vice President at Jefferies & Company, Inc., from 2000 to 2005, and before that worked in the Investment Banking Group at BB&T Corporation.

Mr. Dryden currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lindblad Expeditions Holdings. Lindblad is an expedition travel company that works in partnership with National Geographic to inspire people to explore and care about the planet. Mr. Dryden is Vice Chairman of CDS Logistics Management, one of the largest providers of home improvement product delivery services in the United States. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Nesco Holdings and prior to that on the Cision Board of Directors. In 2018, he co-founded Washington E-Sports Ventures and currently serves on its Board.

Mr. Dryden serves on the Board of Trustees for The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Calvert School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a dual concentration in finance and management from the University of Richmond.
