Natalie Rodgers supports the firm’s Partners on a broad range of operational initiatives—from client-facing engagement to internal processes—and manages the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Maryland office. Drawing on more than five years of administrative management and client-service experience, she ensures that clients and colleagues receive responsive, personalized support.

Prior to joining Black Diamond Financial, Ms. Rodgers served as a Product Specialist with Citi Private Bank in London, working with ultra-high-net-worth clients on tailored investment solutions. Earlier in her career, she held luxury brand-management roles at Brent Neale Jewelry and practiced interior design at Lilse McKenna Inc. in New York City—positions that sharpened her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to service.

Ms. Rodgers earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and English Literature from the University of Maryland and holds a master’s degree in Global Business from the Mountbatten Institute in London.
