Maggie Kelly serves as a Client Service Associate and provides a highly personalized experience for the firm’s clients. Ms. Kelly strengthens our client experience by working closely with the firm’s advisors to onboard and support clients’ account needs.

Prior to joining Black Diamond Financial, Ms. Kelly held the role of Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at Northwestern Mutual, where she managed the full-cycle recruitment process and played a key role in helping build a high-performing firm. Before that, she was a recruiter at Actalent Services, a leading engineering and sciences staffing firm, where she specialized in sourcing top technical talent across a range of disciplines.

Ms. Kelly earned both her B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Management from Lehigh University, where she was a Division 1 student-athlete.
