Erin Weber serves as a Private Wealth Advisor and works closely with clients to design and implement personalized financial plans and investment strategies aligned with their long-term objectives.  Ms. Weber draws on deep expertise in portfolio management, retirement planning, and estate planning to help families build and preserve wealth with confidence.

Prior to joining Black Diamond Financial, Ms. Weber spent five years as a Financial Advisor, honing a client-centric, values-based approach to comprehensive wealth management. Earlier in her career, she built a 20-year record of success in corporate sales at a Fortune 500 company, where she developed the relationship-driven perspective that she now brings to her clients.

Ms. Weber is dedicated to the community of Central Oregon. She is a member of the Leadership Bend Class of 2026, a competitive community leadership development program that identifies, educates, and connects committed citizens to leadership roles throughout Central Oregon. Ms. Weber also serves on the board of directors for the Tower Theatre in Bend and the investment committee of Central Oregon Community College.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Ms. Weber enjoys Nordic skiing, trail running, mountain biking, and SCUBA diving. A dedicated endurance athlete, she has completed four full-distance Ironman and four Half-Ironman triathlons.

Ms. Weber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Washington State University and holds both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification and the Chartered SRI Counselor℠ (CSRIC®) designation.
