Luke Knott is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Knott brings substantial financial knowledge to the committee from his experience working in private equity and investment banking. He also serves as a Business Systems Associate at CDS Logistics, a nationwide logistics company and one of Dyson Dryden’s portfolio companies.

Previously, Mr. Knott was a Private Equity Associate at Blackstreet Capital Holdings, a distressed buyout firm. He was deeply engaged in the firm’s new investment process, valuation analyses and portfolio operations. Prior to joining Blackstreet, Mr. Knott worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel, where he completed equity and debt financings and mergers & acquisitions. 

Mr. Knott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Richmond, where he graduated magna cum laude. He also serves on Loyola Blakefield’s Strategic Planning Committee and enjoys golfing in his spare time.
